Prism, Map, Forge, for people work.
HR of One uses the Of One method on people operations: name the decision, chart where the workload sits, then pilot one process. You can read the complete method at of1.ai.
Prism: name the people decision
Before any tool touches a process, we answer eight questions: who decides, what outcome is wanted, what is true now, which limits are fixed, which levers exist, how the change would happen, what evidence would show it worked, and when the decision is due.
Map: chart the HR workload
The map shows where requests pile up, which steps are routine, and which ones touch hiring, pay, leave or discipline and so need a person every time.
Forge: pilot one process
One process goes live in its leanest form, aimed at the guess most likely to be wrong, with its review step and record already in place. It grows only when it holds up.
In your work with us
A Consult block follows the method from the first question to the first pilot. Build runs on it every week. You pick it up as we go and keep using it on your own processes.
