HR of One (hrofone.ai) is Utlyze’s site for the one person who runs HR at a small or mid-size employer. It covers using AI in people operations while the judgment stays with a person.
Why HR gets its own site
People work is where AI mistakes cost the most: a wrong ranking, a careless answer about leave, a firing no one can explain. The rules around it are changing state by state. A solo HR lead needs the tools and a clear view of those rules.
Who is behind it
Utlyze builds custom AI systems with businesses, and has helped them build with AI since ChatGPT’s public release in November 2022. Its sister site, Business of One, covers running an AI-first business.
